Ram Fletcher '01, J.D. '05 and Rob Bohn '91, J.D. '94 are excited to announce they have moved their law practice, Bohn & Fletcher, LLP, to a beautiful new office located at 333 W. Santa Clara St., Suite 620 in San Jose, California. They will continue their civil litigation practice pursuing justice for people seriously injured or killed as a result of the wrongdoing of others.

Christine N. Epres '01 is an in-house attorney with Robert Half International Inc. in Menlo Park. She handles a variety of commercial transactions, as well as corporate and compliance matters for the company. She and husband Phil Yeager reside in Santa Clara.
Kim (Lay) Twombly '03 and Daniel Twombly '04 welcomed their first child, Lily, on May 27, 2016. The family lives in San Diego.
Tim Rahall '03 was promoted to partner at EY. Rahall has more than a decade of Assurance experience working with high-profile public and pre-IPO technology clients. He is well-versed in SEC financial reporting requirements, including software revenue recognition, complex inventory valuation, debt and equity matters, and share-based compensation accounting. Rahall is a CPA licensed to practice in California. He has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Rahall is also passionate about finding a cure for Ataxia-Telangiectasia and improving the lives of children who suffer from the rare neurodegenerative disease. As an A-T Children's Project board member, he has raised over $600,000 in the past five years to fund A-T research, with the support of his family, friends, EY colleagues and the Southern California business community.

Michelle (Donecho) Duchesne '05, M.A. '10 and Chris Duchesne '06 welcomed their first child, Elizabeth "Betsy" Lee Duchesne on March 23, 2016.
In June, Alaleh Kianerci J.D. ’07 joined Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen to unveil legislation that would toughen penalties for sexually assaulting an unconscious person. This move was in response to the controversial Brock Turner case, for which Kianerci was the prosecuting attorney.
