Bob Wynhausen ’62 and Barbara (Comeau) Wynhausen celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Jan. 25, 2024. They have three children, two of whom graduated from Santa Clara: Michael Wynhausen ’93 and Aimee Wynhausen ’96.

Michael Hemsch ’62 retired from NASA in 2012 but still consults part-time for the NASA Artemis Moon Program. He lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with his wife Anna. He has two children and three grandchildren.

Sam Sebastiani ’62, MBA ’66, student body president in 1962, is still making great wines at the Sebastiani Family Winery. Many of his classmates hope that some of the wine will be brought to their reunion celebrations.

Joseph Fessio ’62 is making wine when not editing books at his Ignatius Press in San Francisco. He says he will definitely bring some wine—not books—to the reunion.

Gary Keister ’62 is still writing poetry, books, and stories about his life growing up on the Alaskan waters. He presents annually at the FisherPoets gathering in Astoria, Oregon, as well as at other seafarers’ festivals in the Pacific Northwest.

Robert Ravano ’62 has been appointed to the board of regents for Bishop O’Dowd High School in Oakland. He is a partner and still working part time as a CPA with his firm, Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Co. LLP, in Palo Alto.

Adrian Buoncristiani ’62 and his wife, Dawn, are vacationing in Norway. They are excited to be returning in time to do a “show and tell” at their 55th reunion celebration.

Lynn Anglin ’62 was a member of the world champion 2014 senior softball 70-plus-year-old team OMEN 70. He also was the MVP of the tournament. This is his 24th year of playing senior softball. Lynn lives with his wife, Judy, in Fremont, Calif.

Phil Abel ’62 is still living in Winnetka, CA with his wife Pat. They have four grown children and six grandchildren. Phil still repairs computers part time, while he waits for a second kidney transplant at age 71.

Mike Riley ’62 has earned the certified Wealth Strategist designation through First Allied Securities.  Riley has lived at Lake Tahoe for 15 years.

John Massa ’62 writes that he got bored. So he “started two new businesses in agriculture, one in farming, and one composting and application company.”
