Faust has served as an integral member of MainStreet since its inception, tracing her contributions back to the firm’s humble beginnings of two employees working out of a conference room with a rented table and chairs. Faust remembers fulfilling many roles from the very basics to creating templates and standards while formulating future company strategy.

As Senior Vice President of Development, Faust helps manage the firm's development and construction activities across the Puget Sound region.
