Edward Michael Kelly ’39

Edward Michael Kelly ’39 of San Jose died on
May 1, 2011. Honored with SCU’s St. Ignatius
Award in 1992, he worked as a volunteer with the
Athletic Department at SCU as the manager of ticket
operations from 1981 to his last day.


J. Terrence (“Terry”) Lanni

J. Terrence Lanni, a member of the SCU Board of Trustees, passed away at age 68 on July 14. He was a loving husband to his wife Debbie, and father to two sons, Sean ’06 and Patrick.


Mary B. Emery J.D. ’63

Mary B. Emery J.D. ’63, Associate Dean and Library Director of the Santa Clara School of Law, died peacefully on Aug. 7, 2011 at the age of 73.
