An Ignatian immersion in Mexico leads to coffee campus venture Capeltic Coffee, focused on sustainability and fair pay for indigenous growers, sets up its first U.S. shop at Santa Clara University. Cashea Airy 03 Nov 2025 A connection forged between Broncos on an immersion trip to Chiapas, Mexico, and local indigenous coffee growers has brewed something new. Capeltic Coffee now has a local outpost in Lucas Hall, home of the Leavey School of Business.
