Bronco athletes spread out around the world this summer, repping their hometowns and school colors.

A bundle of Broncos repped the signature Santa Clara red and white on the international stage this summer.

SCU women’s softball sent three players across the pond to represent Great Britain at the 2023 Softball World Cup, held in Dublin, Ireland: Cameron McGinnis ’24, Morgan Salmon ’25, and Hannah Edwards ’23 served as an alternate.

Meanwhile, men’s basketball’s Francisco Caffaro ’25 joined his home team, the Argentina Senior National Team, for the Olympic Pre-qualifier tournament in August.

And women’s basketball standout Tess Heal ’26 represented her home country of Australia at the FIBA Under-19 Women’s World Cup in Madrid, Spain.
