The Santa Clara men’s water polo team is joining the West Coast Conference.
The Santa Clara men’s water polo team will join the West Coast Conference in the fall of 2023.
Men’s water polo is officially the 16th sport to be sponsored by the WCC. This affiliation gives Broncos a new opportunity to beat their best-ever record from 2009 when they went 22-12 and achieved a No. 10 national ranking by the Collegiate Water Polo Association.
Santa Clara will be joining LMU, Pacific, Pepperdine, and the three affiliate schools of California Baptist, Air Force, and San Jose State in this seven-team conference.
