Organizational Health

Silicon Valley gets more efficient at SCU.

Business speaker Patrick Lencioni has earned respect as one of the leaders in the field—selling millions of books, including 2016’s The Ideal Team Player. In May, Lencioni delivered the keynote for the University’s first Organizational Health Summit. This event also marked the beginning of a new partnership between Lencioni’s company, the Table Group, and the Silicon Valley Executive Center at the Leavey School of Business. In its programs to give Silicon Valley execs and business teams the tools they need to succeed, the center will tap into Lencioni’s work on organizational development—such as how businesses and groups can be effective and efficient, examining everything from process to people.
