Appointed the youngest judge in California at age 37 by Governor Ronald Reagan, William Giffen ’57, J.D. ’60 served on the bench for 23 years. He was known for his fairness and integrity. Bill’s six children were the center of his world, and he and his wife, Susan, shared a love for adventure and travel. Bill died on Nov. 7, 2024.
