Deborah Bradley Construction & Management Services Inc. (DBC) has hired Wayne Repich ’83 to serve as the firm’s president. In his new role, Repich will be responsible for the continued growth and visibility of the 27-year-old firm’s three divisions: General Contracting, Construction Management and Electrical.

“We are delighted to welcome Wayne to our team,” said Deborah Bradley, CEO of DBC. “He brings decades of experience in public and private sector procurement, strategic client expansion, operations and business development.”

Repich previously served as vice president at an international engineering consulting firm, overseeing their global transportation and federal groups. Prior to these roles, Repich owned several finance and real estate-related firms for over 20 years. He served in leadership roles for many trade groups during that time, and was president of a state real estate finance industry association, receiving their highest award.
