Wayne Nasser ’68 had an extensive and successful legal career, while always managing to carve out time for other passions. Wayne began his career at Ashford & Wriston where he focused on litigation, including land titles, insurance defense, regulatory takings, eminent domain, and environmental law. He was a member of the American Bar Association and served on the attorney-client relations committee of the Hawaii State Bar Association. Outside of work, Wayne was a nationally certified track & field official and volunteered 27 years to youth track and field. Despite his many professional accomplishments, Wayne was most proud of his family, dropping everything to support his wife and two daughters. Wayne died April 21, 2023.
