Vishnu S. Pendyala PhD ’18 has been elected to chair the Silicon Valley chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Computer Society. The institute is considered to be one of the largest technical societies in the world and the hub for computer science, engineering, and technology. As the chair of the chapter, Pendyala will help organize events and conferences featuring world-renowned researchers and experts, among other things.
