In 1957, Victor Prosper MBA ’66 married his high school sweetheart, Barbara, and they began a life together that would continue for 65 years. Victor went on to serve 27 years in the United States Air Force, including a tour in Vietnam, retiring as a colonel in 1986 with numerous honors, including the Bronze Star and Legion of Merit. Following his military service, he spent 18 years teaching business courses at the University of the Incarnate Word. He and Barbara raised three daughters while his military career took them all over the world. In retirement, they enjoyed traveling with friends, taking cruises, and golfing. Victor died Oct. 15, 2024.
