Vicky Pappas Seasholtz ’68 endured many hardships throughout her life, but through it all she remained loving and caring. From an early age Vicky helped run and eventually took over her family’s agriculture business, Pappas and Mendota Land Companies. Later, she founded Seasholtz Companies with her husband, John, and continued expanding their farming from Fresno to Hollister. Even in her twilight years, Vicky continued to work with various agribusiness organizations and contribute to her community. Vicky and John, together, created many jobs on the Westside, and she spent her life doing what she loved: raising her family and producing melon, cotton, and tomatoes for over 58 continuous years. Vicky died on April 29, 2022.
