After a nationwide search, Todd Howeth J.D. ’83 was appointed chief public defender for Ventura County. With 27 years of experience for the county, Howeth’s office will work to defend minors and adults in both felony and misdemeanor cases. Howeth lives with his wife, Marty, and has three children: Sarah, Jacob, and India.
