Timothy Shih Ph.D. ’93 will serve as a keynote speaker at the 19th International Conference on Computer and Information Technology (ICCIT) in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Dec. 18-20. His topic will be "Motion Interpretation Via Human-Computer Interaction."
