Timothy J. Flaherty ’82 and David F. Mira ’82 legally wed on Aug. 24, 2013 in a backyard garden wedding at their home in West San Jose. The husbands met at SCU and have fought for marriage equality during their 33 years together. They continue that fight when they’re not arguing about whose turn it is to do the dishes.
