Former freshman roommates Thomas Underdown ’03 and Dante Capozzola ’03 completed their first triathlon in Ventura, Calif. Although Tom started out strong and completed the swim in record time, and they virtually tied in the run portion, in the end, Dante’s expensive road bike beat out Tom’s BMX and earned Dante the win. Tom vows to purchase a real racing bicycle and make this an annual SCU tradition to eventually claim the victory over his friend and rival.
