Thomas Rogers ’73 of Moraga was appointed to the Alameda County Superior Court by California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. Rogers has been a chief deputy district attorney, and previously a deputy district attorney, for the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office since 1976. Most recently he has headed the office’s Oakland-based Northern Division, overseeing the inception of all major prosecutions in that part of the county.
