International law firm Duane Morris has named partner Ted Chiappari ’87 chair of the immigration division of the firm’s Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group. Chiappari practices in the area of business immigration, representing companies seeking to acquire temporary work permits or permanent resident status for their foreign employees. He also represents individuals on maintenance of U.S. resident status while abroad and on citizenship matters, including dual citizenship and loss of citizenship.
