After a career running the family’s pear production business, Susan “Sue” Naumes  ’70 has retired. Recently, her collection of vintage fruit labels and career were celebrated in a Capital Press story. Naumes explained how she’d been “bit by the bug” of collecting them after going door to door to farmers for fruit labels—her passion for is on display in her Medford home, which is filled with all sorts of pear paraphernalia.
