Stephanie K. Sato J.D. ’04 has been appointed to serve as a judge in the Alameda County Superior Court. Sato has served as an administrative law judge for the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board since 2021. She was a sole practitioner from 2014 to 2020, as well as an associate at the Law Offices of Peter G. Loewenstein from 2011 to 2014 and at Stonehouse & Silva from 2007 to 2011. She fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Armando G. Cuellar.
