Stephan Lamb ’73 grew up immersed in international culture due to his mother’s work as a professor of Latin American Literature, and he developed a lifelong passion for travel and foreign adventure. Stephan’s commitment to service was unwavering; he led various local organizations, including Hospice of San Luis County, the AIDS Support Network, Woods Humane Society, and more. He was also a gifted artist, creating daily stories on rolodex cards and authoring “The TALL Tale of Shorty the Giraffe.” His loving spirit was best shown in the way he brought people together, especially by hosting a beloved “Pie Party” every year on Christmas Eve. Stephan died on March 17, 2025.
