Simone Eppich ’98, a Ph.D. student in nutrition at the University of Washington, married Marshall Talbot, an orchardist, on March 29, 2008. The wedding party was full of family members including four nephew ring bearers and one niece flower girl. The honeymoon was postponed until June as Simone went right back to school, and Marshall headed off to the family orchard to help protect the apple and cherry trees against the damaging frost. The couple make their home part-time in Seattle and part-time in Wenatchee, Wash.
