1960

Ronald Ohlfs ’60, M.S. ’62 defined his life by his deep love for his family, community, and work. His career as a principal electrical engineer in radio frequency communications was marked by innovation, excellence, and quiet determination. Ron’s passion for community shone through his founding of the West Side Table Tennis program, which continues to bring people together. His family—five children and a dozen grandchildren—were his greatest pride. Ron died on March 20, 2025, and is survived by son Kurt Ohlfs ’89.
