In high school in San Francisco, Ron Albert Cummings ’80 met the love of his life. Lenora Cooper was a cheerleader. He played football. After he graduated from Santa Clara, the pair married and shared their life with three children and another they helped raise. Although Ron majored in political science, his natural abilities in finance led him to his career as an entrepreneur and mortgage broker. Ron was dedicated to his church and community, serving on the San Pablo planning commission and volunteering to help others at church. Ron died in June 2020, at the age of 63.
