A man of deep faith, Robert Walker ’63 looked back fondly on his days as an acolyte and was proud to be educated in the Jesuit tradition. Bob also proudly served his country as a U.S. Marine Corps reservist and achieved the rank of staff sergeant. He later found a passion in banking and over the course of his 40-year career went on to lead banks through many turbulent economic times. Bob also had a passion for golf and could often be found on the golf course with wife Judy Walker ’64. Bob died July 28, 2023 and is survived by Judy, son Matthew Walker ’95, and daughter Jane Solomon ’88.
