On Aug. 12, 2015, Bob Mulcrevy ’64 passed away peacefully at the age of 73. Bob was born and raised in San Francisco and was an avid basketballer throughout his youth. He graduated from Saint Cecilia School (’55), St. Ignatius College Preparatory (’59) and Santa Clara University (’64). He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Frank and Cecile Mulcrevy and sisters Marie and Frankie. Bob and Gracie owned and operated Mulcrevy’s Restaurant and Tavern, in SF’s Marina district, from 1975-1985. He went on to run the family business at the Millbrae Pancake House until his retirement. Bob looked forward to luncheons with good friends at favorite local establishments. He was a historian, a storyteller with quick wit and always managed to find a common San Francisco connection amongst anyone he had met. He was a proud native and a devoted fan of the SF Giants and 49ers. He is survived by his four daughters, Jane Kenneally (Eric), Erin Burke (Kenny), Laura Mulcrevy, Maureen Maguire (Thomas) and his sister Anne Holder. He is survived by his ten grandchildren: Dylan and Rory Kenneally; Ava, Celine, Joseph, Lily and Tommy Maguire; Eoin, Gracie and Shane Burke. Thank you to Elir for the love and care you have shown our Dad over the years. He will be greatly missed.
