Anthony Fultz ’86, J.D. ’91 has been appointed as a Judge of Tulare County Superior Court by Gov. Jerry Brown ’59. Fultz, 51, of Visalia, had been the Assistant District Attorney at the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office since 2012, where he had served since 1993. He was a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Anthony Fultz from 2005 to 2006. Currently assigned to the Juvenile Division, he’s overseeing both criminal cases, as well as dependency matters. Through this assignment, he gets to make a difference early on in someone’s life. “Even before I was a father, I was interested in helping children,” Fultz said. “Now, I get to be a part of the process.”
