Just after high school, Robert Bernard ’71, MBA ’74 started a career in real estate while assisting his father in the family electrical business. After serving in the reserves at Fort Ord, he attended Santa Clara University and became a local real estate developer. He was a resident of Santa Clara County for 81 years, raising his family in Santa Clara, Saratoga, Cupertino, and Morgan Hill. Bob loved cars and a good deal. He died May 29, 2024.
