Rita Volk ’84 was born in Munich, Germany, but called the San Francisco Bay Area home. After studying finance at Pepperdine and SCU, she earned her State Board of California Public Accountancy Certification and launched her career at  Deloitte. An enjoyer of the finest art and wine, Rita also loved the fastest cars, so much so she attended the famous Skip Barber Racing School. She was also passionate about seeking truth, advocating for children, and sharing her insights with others. With a brilliant mind and powerful determination, she feared no valley. Rita died Dec. 24, 2021.
