Monk, priest, scholar, teacher, Reverend Richard Paul Vaggione ’66 died Oct. 23, 2021, in Kingston, New York. Father Vaggione authored numerous scholarly books and articles on the history and theology of the movements of the Christian patristic period. He served as parish priest in Episcopal churches throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and in Greater Toronto, most notably as Incumbent of St. Matthias Anglican Church.
