Native Coloradan Richard Djokic J.D. ’81 gave his all to his home state. After graduating from Santa Clara law school, Rich went into private practice before serving as an assistant attorney general and later first assistant attorney general in Denver, Colorado. While at the AG’s office, he travelled as far as London. He then became the deputy securities commissioner for the State of Colorado. Later in life, Rich became the director and chief administrative law judge for the State Personnel Board. Even after retirement Rich continued to be involved in arbitration cases serving as an expert witness in and outside of Colorado. Rich died July 3, 2023.
