Richard Balestreri MBA ’79 approached every hobby, every conversation, and every friendship with childlike wonder and enthusiasm. He shared a joyful partnership with his wife, Christine, was endlessly proud of his daughter, Katherine Balestreri ’12, and spoiled his two grandchildren. His career in real estate development spanned more than 25 years, and he led with vision, integrity, and generosity, quietly shaping communities across California. His vibrant spirit shined most brightly when enjoying cycling, golf, gardening, beekeeping, or a quiet afternoon with a book. Rich died on April 5, 2025.
