Ricardo Benavidez ’00 was named to the Silicon Valey Business Journal‘s 40 under 40 list for 2016.
As Cisco’s government and community relations manager, Benavidez granted $16 million-plus in cash and millions more in product donations to Bay Area nonprofits. Now as a program manager with Google, he helps design and build workplaces that inspire and energize employees. He serves on the board of the San Jose-based Shortino Foundation, and at Year Up, he mentors at-risk/under-served students.
