Rachel Quintero ’04 will be the new head softball coach for the Benedictine University Mesa athletics department. Previously, Quintero was the first-ever head softball coach at Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where she turned the Urban Knights into a winning program. Quintero also has prior experience as an assistant coach at CSU East Bay and UC Davis. Through coaching, she’s recruited and helped develop 61 PacWest Weekly Top 10 Honor Roll selections, 13 post season honors, and three NFCA All-Region Second Team honors.
