Philip Steven Bianco ’55 JD ’60 met his future wife Maureen O’Hara at a school dance while attending law school. They shared 62 years of marriage. Phil worked hard to provide each of his children with a college education. He was a fixture in the Tulare County Superior Court for almost 60 years. When asked what type of practice he had, he would say that he practiced “people law” and “all God’s children need legal representation.” He was actively practicing law when he died Dec. 28, 2021. His family survives him, including Luke S. Bianco ’84, David P. Bianco ’01, John P. Bianco ’86, and daughter Lisa L. Marich ’83.
