After graduation, Peter Turnquist J.D. ’76  joined two friends to sail a 36′ sailboat down the east coast and up the west coast to California. The next adventure came when Peter partnered with a friend to found Newport Laboratories. which made computers. Later he tried his hand at law and when that didn’t sit right with him, he turned his eyes to the wine country. Peter died on Dec. 10, 2021.
