Peter Kirwan J.D. ’86 currently heads the Complex Litigation Department of the Santa Clara County Court’s Civil Division after serving as the supervising judge of the Civil Division for two years.  Kirwan is currently on the faculty at Santa Clara School of Law as an adjunct professor teaching mediation and is the incoming president of the Santa Clara Inns of Court. Kirwan serves on the board for the ABTL and is a frequent lecturer and speaker for Continuing Education seminars.
