Peter C. Califano J.D. ’87 is the president of the Commercial Law League of America. In 2011, Mr. Califano testified in Congress and has since organized the CLLA’s leading effort for bankruptcy venue reform. He has more than 30 years of experience in representing parties in all aspects of insolvency-related matters, including bankruptcy and state law insolvency proceedings, litigation and related business transactions.
