Born in New York City and raised in Los Angeles, Paul Nesse J.D. ’71 was a graduate of SCU School of Law. He had an extremely successful 45-year law practice in San Jose. Paul’s professional accomplishments were legendary. His legal opponents might disagree, but for those who knew him personally, Paul was a kind, caring person who always had your back. His personal life was filled with laughter, special friends, and good times. He loved to travel, he loved history, he loved to read, he loved the movies, he loved a spirited conversation, he loved golf (sometimes), and he loved his dog. But most of all, Paul loved his family. He died on Dec. 7, 2017, and is survived by his wife, Eden; sons Ryan (Melissa) and Kevin (Stephanie); granddaughter Charlotte; brother Howard (Candace); and nephews, a niece, and cousins.
