Paul DeCunzo ’86 writes that he recently founded the Kelly SWAG Academy, a new school of engagement and collaboration focusing on coaching, teaching, training, and facilitation. “SWAG” stands for “strengths with a groove.” It is the home of the DEP, differentiated engagement plan, which is customized and for everyone.
