Paul Caputo J.D. ’88 has been accepted into the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is an invitation-only organization that is dedicated to upholding the seventh amendment: the right to civil jury trials and maintaining ethical practices within the legal profession. Caputo is the founder of the firm Caputo & Van Der Walde in Campbell. He has previously been recognized as “California Trial Lawyer of the Year” and “Santa Clara County Trial Lawyer of the Year.”
