A woman of endless faith and love for her family, Patti J. Eichenberg ’75 died on May 20, 2021. Patti was a generous soul, often giving to strangers and local charities—anyone who met her, instantly liked her. While her husband James was stationed in Germany during the Gulf War, Patti traveled alone to Romania to adopt her two infant daughters, Ana and Laura. The family moved to Texas and grew to include 12 dogs. Patti taught at St. Joseph Catholic School in Killeen. She will be remembered for her elaborate themed book fairs, over-the-top talent shows, cookie challenges and aqua adventure computer room. Patti is survived by her extended family, including brother-in-law Thomas R. Eichenberg ’76 and niece Caroline J. Manno ’99.
