Patrick Sheehan ’03 has been appointed interim chief human resources officer at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He serves as the institution’s most executive human resources leader and liaison to the university’s executive leadership and oversees all HR initiatives and functions for faculty, staff and students. He has served in a variety of leadership roles at UW-Madison over the past 10 years, including director of workforce relations, director of talent acquisition and, most recently, HR strategy lead on the administrative transformation program (ATP), developing recommendations for revised business processes, roles, accountability structures and roles of secondary systems throughout the UW System.
