Patricia L. Sullivan ’93 is an assistant professor of international relations in the Department of Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her book, Who Wins? Predicting Strategic Success and Failure in Armed Conflict, was published by Oxford University Press in July 2012.
