Pat Curran ’84 has been appointed CEO of Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM), a nonprofit health plan located in South San Francisco. In his new role, he will lead HPSM through CalAIM, which is the State of California’s multi-year initiative to transform Medi-Cal. Pat joined HPSM in 2016 as Deputy CEO. Prior to HPSM, he had several executive leadership roles during 13 years at CareOregon, a nonprofit health plan in Portland, serving 3 years as its CEO.
