Niall McCarthy J.D. ’92 received the 2019 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year Award from the Daily Journal. McCarthy was honored with the CLAY Award for securing a $102 million settlement with oil company BP days before a monthlong trial in the whistleblower case was set to begin.
