Moksha Smith J.D. ’14 has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who, a longtime publisher of biographical data of notable individuals and leaders within various professional fields. With a juris doctorate from Santa Clara School of Law and a bachelor of science from UC San Diego in cognitive neuroscience (with a double minor in psychology and biology), Smith was recognized for her work in litigation, advocacy, and striving for justice within the court system. Prior to this, she was recognized as one of the best criminal defense attorneys in San Jose and selected as a Top 40 under 40 criminal defense trial attorney by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
