Mike Corsetti ’62 passed away unexpectedly while traveling in Australia on March 12, 2020. Born and raised in Napa, California, Mike graduated from Santa Clara University in 1962 with a bachelor of science in commerce before enlisting in the Air Force Reserves. He was assigned to a medical unit and served as a corpsman at Hamilton and Travis Air Force bases during the Vietnam conflict, and honorably discharged in 1968. Following a long career in commercial mortgage banking, Mike retired after 32 years from the firm Norris, Beggs & Simpson as Executive Vice President, Finance. A man of many interests, Mike was an avid duck hunter, golfer, and accomplished wine collector and connoisseur. He and his wife of 55 years, Sue, loved to travel, often visiting his relatives in Italy. Mike was preceded in death by his father, Frank, his mother, Claire, and his sister, Janice. He is survived by his loving wife, son, Frank, and daughter-in-law, Cara Corsetti.
